Nurture Success provide a range of services to support the learning and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs of children, including specialist teaching/ tuition, diagnostic dyslexia assessments, consultations with parents and schools, therapeutic work and whole school support packages.

  • Specialist tuition/ teaching

    Our philosophy is child-centred and nurture-based. All tuition/ teaching is 1-1 so that we can work at the level of the child and at the pace that is right for them. It is usually delivered via Zoom.

  • Diagnostic Dyslexia Assessment

    Dyslexia assessments are face to face and carried out in our purpose-built office/ classroom in Pelsall.

    • 2 morning sessions of around 2 hours
    • Session 1- Tests of visual and verbal ability, working memory and phonological processing
    • Session 2- Tests of reading, spelling and writing
    • Detailed report with diagnostic decision and recommendations

  • Consultation

    Consultations are face to face or online meetings of up to 1.5 hours between a parent or teacher and myself as Education Consultant, The aim of these is to explore a child's learning and/ or SEMH needs and identify strategies to help them.
